What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are delivered back within 24–48 hours. If you need your laundry sooner, choose Same-Day Priority or Same-Day Rush at checkout.
How much is same-day service?
Same-Day Priority delivery is $14.99. Same-Day Rush (4-hour return) is $19.99. These fees are added to your bag price.
Is there a delivery or pickup fee?
Our standard delivery (24–48 hours) is $12.99 per order. Pickup is always FREE.
Do I need special laundry bags?
No. You can use any clean bag or container. We transfer everything into the correct JCI Bag Size at pickup and confirm your flat-fee price before processing.
Are taxes included in the flat-fee bag price?
Taxes are added at checkout. Your bag price is the base amount before HST.
What detergents do you use?
We use premium, skin-friendly detergents and softeners. Fragrance-free options are available on request.
Do you wash bedding, towels, and bulky items?
Yes — these items fit best in the Large or Extra Large Bag. Bulky items may count as part of the bag capacity.
What if I miss my pickup or delivery?
No problem — we’ll reschedule for the next available window. A $6.99 reattempt fee applies if no one is home during the confirmed time.
Do you offer commercial laundry service?
Yes — we offer custom pricing for offices, salons, spas, medical, gyms, and short-term rentals. Choose the Commercial Bag that fits your volume and schedule.
