When painting and cleaning are coordinated
Painting is generally completed first, followed by the final cleaning so dust, preparation residue, and the property’s finishing details can be addressed before move-in.

The confirmed scope may include kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, accessible closets, cabinet and drawer interiors, appliance interiors, fixtures, high-touch areas, and other accessible parts of the property. Inclusions depend on the property’s condition and required outcome.
What if belongings, waste, or unwanted items remain?
Loose belongings, debris, or disposal requirements may need to be addressed before detailed cleaning can begin. Small-load Clearing and Junk Removal can be assessed and arranged separately when the volume and materials fall within our service capacity.

Do I need full-property cleaning or only kitchen and bathroom cleaning?
Not every property requires full-property service. Focused kitchen and bathroom preparation may be appropriate when the remainder of the home is already in suitable condition. The correct pathway is established during intake.
Can additional services be coordinated with the cleaning?
Yes. Carpet cleaning, tile and grout care, re-caulking, wall washing, odour correction, seasonal property care, and Move-In-Ready Painting may be coordinated when required. Each service is independently assessed and priced, and the correct order of work is established before scheduling.
Do you clean rental turnovers and properties being prepared for sale?
Yes. Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning can support rental turnovers, vacant properties, homeowner transitions, and property handovers. Homes being prepared specifically for photography and buyer showings may be directed to our Pre-Listing & Open House Cleaning pathway.
Are your service teams employees or independent contractors?
