Does the property need to be empty before cleaning?
A vacant or nearly empty property provides the best access to cabinets, closets, baseboards, floors, appliance areas and other spaces that furniture and belongings can block. If the home will still be occupied, let us know during intake so the appropriate cleaning service can be recommended.
What may be included in Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning?
The agreed scope may include kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, accessible closets, cabinet and drawer interiors, appliance interiors, fixtures, high-contact areas and other accessible parts of the property. The final scope is confirmed according to the home’s condition and required outcome.
How long does Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning take?
Timing depends on the property’s size, condition, accessibility and confirmed scope. Carpet cleaning, window cleaning, painting or other additional services can also affect scheduling. Timing is reviewed before service is confirmed.
Do I need full-property cleaning or only kitchen and bathroom cleaning?
Not every property requires full-property service. Focused kitchen and bathroom cleaning may be appropriate when the remainder of the home is already in suitable condition. We confirm which option fits during the intake process.
Can additional services be coordinated with the cleaning?
Yes. Carpet cleaning, tile and grout care, re-caulking, wall washing, odour correction, window cleaning, painting and seasonal outdoor care may be added where the property requires more preparation. These services may also be booked independently.
Do you clean rental turnovers and properties being prepared for sale?
Yes. Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning can support rental turnovers, vacant properties, homeowner transitions and handovers. Properties being prepared specifically for photography and buyer showings may also be directed to our Pre-Listing & Open House Cleaning service.
What happens if something within the agreed scope is missed?
The service includes a 24-hour reclean guarantee. If an area included in the confirmed scope requires additional attention, contact our team within 24 hours so the concern can be reviewed and addressed promptly.
