Structured Non-Medical Home Support

Advanced Care & Home Support in Toronto is a structured, non-medical support pathway designed to maintain independence, stability, and continuity within the home.

It is not clinical care, and it is not casual home help. It is a coordinated, allocation-based approach that supports how the household functions day to day — reducing disruption, preserving routine, and maintaining environmental control as needs evolve.

Within this pathway, meals can be prepared, environments can be maintained, and essential household logistics can be managed as part of a structured system that keeps the home operating consistently.

Designed for aging, recovery, disability, and high-demand households, this pathway supports the home without medicalizing it — preserving autonomy while ensuring the environment remains fully supported.

This pathway operates within the Lifestyle Management Cleaning™ system — extending support beyond cleaning through structured, non-medical home management.

This unified approach reduces fragmentation, simplifies oversight, and maintains continuity across the full property footprint.

Enhancement Modules — Targeted System Interventions

When specific environmental conditions exceed routine maintenance, targeted intervention is required. Enhancement modules operate as structured responses within the Lifestyle Management System™, addressing isolated issues without disrupting overall continuity.

Each module is scheduled intentionally and executed by employee-based teams following defined technical processes and system-level standards.

  • Carpet & area rug restoration protocols
  • Tile & grout surface recovery
  • Wall washing & surface condition reset
  • Odour remediation and environmental correction
  • Kitchen & bath re-caulking and sealing

Frequently Asked Questions About the System

Understanding how Post-Renovation Restoration fits within the Lifestyle Management Cleaning™ System and what happens next.

What is Post-Renovation Restoration within your system?
Post-Renovation Restoration is the transition phase where a completed build is stabilized and prepared for use. It removes construction residue, protects finishes, and establishes the baseline required for the home to operate within the Lifestyle Management Cleaning™ System.
How is this different from standard post-construction cleaning?
Standard cleaning focuses on visible surfaces. Our approach focuses on environmental stabilization. This includes controlled dust removal, finish-safe detailing, and preparation for long-term continuity—not just immediate appearance.
Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. This phase aligns directly with builders, contractors, and project timelines at handover. Our work begins when construction is complete and ensures the space is ready for inspection, occupancy, or listing.
What happens after the restoration phase is complete?
Once the environment is stabilized, the home transitions into the Maintenance (Refresh) pathway. This ensures the space remains clean, controlled, and consistent over time without returning to a disrupted state.
Is ongoing service required after post-renovation work?
While not required, ongoing maintenance is strongly recommended. Without continuity, dust and environmental drift will return. The Refresh pathway is designed to preserve the condition established during restoration.
Are your teams employees or independent contractors?
All team members are direct employees of Just Clean It. This ensures consistent training, accountability, and adherence to structured service standards across every phase of the system.
What if something requires correction?
If any area does not meet expectations, notify us within 24 hours. A structured follow-up visit will be arranged to ensure the environment meets the required standard before continuity begins.
How do I begin?
Begin with a structured intake or request a quote online. You may also contact us directly at (647) 828-8854 or estimate@justcleanit.ca.
