Michelle D. Smith founded Just Clean It in 2001 and has spent more than two decades listening to homeowners, working inside Toronto homes, and observing how household needs change over time.
She recognized that clients were not always looking for more services. Often, they were looking for fewer responsibilities to manage, greater consistency, and one company willing to listen before recommending a solution.
That experience shaped Just Clean It’s founder-led approach. Every household is considered individually, with attention given to its current condition, priorities, schedule, budget, and the people who live there.
