In many neglected-property situations, clothing, bedding, towels, and household linens have accumulated alongside the cleaning and maintenance needs of the home.
When included in the approved scope, laundry can be collected and removed from the property while the restoration team continues working on the home. Through The Bag System™ , eligible items are professionally laundered, folded, and returned without requiring the household to manage a separate laundry provider.

Yes. Some properties can be restored through one coordinated project, while others are better addressed in stages. A phased plan may begin with access, safety, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, or other priority areas before moving into additional cleaning, restoration, or finishing work.
What happens to personal belongings during the restoration?
Decisions involving personal belongings are discussed during the assessment and planning stage. Items are not automatically removed or discarded simply because they are present in the property. Any sorting, relocation, disposal, or outside removal requirements must be clearly defined within the approved scope.
Can restoration include laundry, carpet cleaning, painting, or exterior property care?
Yes.
