Eligible household rugs can be scheduled for pickup alongside The Bag System™. Your laundry and rugs are collected through one coordinated pickup while being processed separately according to their individual care needs.
Rug service is typically completed within 3–7 days. It is a simpler way to handle more of the home without arranging separate pickups, drop-offs, or additional errands.

How fast is return?
Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours. Priority options may be available.
Is pickup included?
Yes. Pickup is always complimentary. Standard delivery is $12.99.
What happens if my bag is overfilled?
Bags should close comfortably. Overfilled bags may move to the next capacity tier.
Can bedding or bulky items be included?
Yes. Large and Extra Large capacity tiers are best suited for bedding and higher-volume items.
Do you offer commercial laundry pickup?
Yes. Commercial capacity tiers are available for businesses and recurring higher-volume needs.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
Not necessarily. Many clients leave The Bag System™ at the door for collection.

Is pickup complimentary?
Yes. Pickup is included with every capacity tier. Standard delivery is $12.99 per order. HST is applied at checkout.
Are bag prices fixed?
Capacity tier pricing is flat-rate and predictable. HST and delivery fees are added separately. No hidden fees apply.
What if the bag is overfilled?
If the drawstring closes naturally, the selected capacity tier is valid. If the bag cannot close without compression, a larger capacity tier may be recommended.
Are bedding and bulky items accepted?
Yes. Comforters, duvets, pillows, and blankets are accepted. Large and Extra Large capacity tiers provide appropriate space for larger items.
What is the return window?
Most orders are returned within 24–48 hours, depending on volume and selected scheduling option.
