How quickly will my laundry be returned?
Residential laundry is returned the next day through our standard return pathway. Same-Day Rush may be available depending on pickup time and processing capacity. Commercial laundry is returned next day or according to an agreed account schedule.
Is laundry pickup included?
Yes. Residential laundry pickup is complimentary. Next-day return is $12.99. Same-Day Rush is $19.99 and replaces the $12.99 next-day return fee; the two fees are not combined. HST is added separately.
How do I choose the correct Bag System™ size?
Choose the Mini, Regular, Large, or XL capacity based on the amount of laundry you need processed. Your bag should close naturally without forcing or overfilling it.
What happens if my bag is overfilled?
Bags must close comfortably for safe collection and processing. An overfilled bag may be moved to the next appropriate capacity tier, with the corresponding price applied.
Can bedding or bulky items be included?
Eligible bedding and higher-volume household laundry may be included. Large and XL capacities generally provide more room, but bulky items may require review to confirm the appropriate service option.
Do you offer different scent and detergent options?
Yes. Available preferences may include Standard Fresh, Unscented, Hypoallergenic, client-provided products, or no preference. Select your preferred option when arranging service.
Do you provide commercial laundry pickup?
Yes. Light, Standard, and Premium commercial capacity tiers are available for eligible businesses. Scheduled pickup and return are included, with next-day or agreed account scheduling available. Same-Day Commercial Rush may be added for $34.99, subject to pickup timing, volume, and processing capacity. Recurring and higher-volume accounts may receive customized scheduling and pricing.
Do I need to be home for pickup?
Not necessarily. Your prepared Bag System™ bag may be left in an agreed collection location. Pickup instructions and any property-access arrangements should be confirmed when scheduling.
