Just Clean It services are delivered through employee-based teams supported by company coordination, WSIB coverage, business insurance and defined service standards. Certain specialized services remain subject to assessment, availability and confirmed scope.
Eligible cleaning work is supported by our 24-Hour No-Hassle Re-clean Guarantee. If an area included in the agreed cleaning scope was missed, contact our team within 24 hours of completion. We will review the concern and arrange correction where appropriate. The guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining, material limitations or work outside the confirmed scope.
