Lawn mowing, landscaping, major tree work and construction are outside the seasonal service.

Choose your season, outdoor area and conditions in the app. Spring and summer moderate conditions add 25% to the standard price. Fall has its own standard and moderate rates. Heavy conditions or spring, summer and fall areas over 5,000 sq ft require assessment. Winter uses clearing area, snow depth and ice conditions. Prices are shown before 13% HST, with tax and the total displayed for review.

No. Fall service includes bags and placement in your designated curbside collection area for municipal pickup. Your municipality’s collection schedule and material rules apply. Hauling, off-site disposal, large branches and materials unsuitable for municipal yard-waste collection are not included.

One scheduled snow-clearing visit for the entryways, steps, walkways and driveway areas selected at booking. One appropriate salt or ice-melt application on pedestrian surfaces is included. Full-driveway ice treatment needs a separate quote. Our team uses shovels, a snow blower or a combination suited to the conditions. This is a scheduled visit, not continuous snow or ice monitoring.

Standard winter pricing covers up to 10 cm of fresh snow. More than 10 cm and up to 20 cm adds 35% for snow depth. More than 20 cm, packed snow, dense plow ridges, substantial ice or clearing areas over 1,000 sq ft require assessment. Select the actual conditions in the app so the appropriate pricing or review path applies.

New snowfall, a later plow ridge or changing ice conditions after completion require another visit. They are not included in the completed booking or treated as missed work.

These are separately quoted enhancements and are not included in the seasonal calculator price. Suitable furniture frames, cushions and upholstered seating can be reviewed for cleaning. Suitability depends on material, construction, condition and manufacturer care instructions. Contact our team to discuss the items you would like cleaned.

A separately confirmed enhancement quote may cover suitable accessible BBQ exterior surfaces, side shelves and preparation areas. Internal components, burners, gas lines, electrical components, repairs and technical servicing are outside this service.

Standard work can be priced through the app using your selections. Larger areas, heavier buildup, unusual access or additional cleaning may require review. Current photos and a description can help our team confirm scope. An assessment request does not confirm an appointment or secure a card.

Open the Seasonal Outdoor Care app, choose your scope, review pricing and enter your details and preferred visit. Review the booking and policy, then securely provide your card through Stripe. No charge is made at booking; payment is collected after service. Complete the Stripe steps and return to the app’s confirmation page. Visits depend on confirmed availability and suitable conditions.

Yes. You can book a single seasonal visit without an ongoing seasonal contract. Additional visits can be arranged separately whenever your property needs support. Each winter booking covers one scheduled visit.

Outdoor work depends on safe access and suitable weather. Rain, extreme temperatures, high winds, severe winter conditions or other site concerns may require adjustments or rescheduling. Our team will contact you when the conditions affect the planned work.

If work included in the agreed scope was missed, contact our team within 24 hours of completion. We will review the concern and arrange correction of missed work at no additional charge, subject to safe access and suitable conditions. New snowfall, later plow ridges, newly fallen leaves or debris, and work outside the agreed scope require another visit or a separate quote.
