This assessment allows us to evaluate your completed renovation or construction project and determine the appropriate stabilization allocation. We allocate based on structural scope, surface intensity, and site conditions — not hourly labor.

A valid credit card is required to secure appointments. You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after submission.

Secure Your Post-Renovation Stabilization

Post-renovation stabilization is scheduled based on structured crew allocation and equipment planning. To secure your preferred service date, a valid credit card is required on file.

Your card is not charged at the time of booking. A pre-authorization for the minimum service tier may be processed 24 hours prior to service. Final allocation is confirmed upon completion, provided property conditions align with the submitted assessment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice required no later than 5:00 PM local time the business day prior to service.
  • Before 5:00 PM — No fee.
  • After 5:00 PM — $200 late fee.
  • Same-day cancellation — $300 fee.

Messages received after 5:00 PM are considered received the next business day. By securing your service date, you acknowledge and agree to these scheduling and allocation terms.
